Active Schools Fitness Game 

Active Schools fitness board. Top right corner of the board is the start point. Moving from Right to left round the square. After rolling the dice, each square has a fitness challenge to do if you land on it. Choose an opponent for plank ball for 30 seconds, Aeroplane pose for 10 seconds, 5 burpees, 8 star jumps, 12 ski jumps, 5 press ups, 10 second wall sit, 15 squats, 20 sit ups, jog round the board 5 times, hold superman/woman pose for 11 seconds, pat your head and rub your stomach for 13 seconds, 7 mountain climbers, balance on your weak leg for 22 seocnds, bear crawl round the board 3 times, hop round the board twice, 9 basketball jumps, 6 frog squats, finsh line - have a drink of water.
