British Blind Sport Home Workout resources

British Blind Sport (BBS) are working hard to create a free library of accessible workouts and resources to support people with visual impairments to stay active at home.  Activities such as yoga, pliates, cardio, high intensity interval sessions (HIIT), gentle exercises and workouts for children and young people are detailed on the BBS website – link below.

Boccia League
