Activities for chilldren with Additional Support Needs

Scottish Disability Sport (SDS) has launched a new programme to give you something entertaining to do by yourself or with the family! So everyone can get involved with or without a disability. Our #GiveItAGo initiative is an opportunity for you to recreate some of our Inclusive Activity Cards at home over the next 8 weeks & submit your videos to be featured on our weekly montage. There’s a £10 voucher up for grabs for the most creative team so putting your own spin on it with your theme, costumes, equipment etc could put you in with a shout for a prize!

It's free to take part & it’s all about having FUN! You can register your team & find out about this week’s challenge at https://www.scottishdisabilitysport.com/giveitago/

Instructions for Home Volleyball:

  • Tie the ribbon tight to anything which is 90cms apart
  • Hit the balloon to your partner one shot at a time
  • Count how many times the balloon crosses the ribbon
