Triple P

The Triple P course looks at effective techniques for dealing with common childhood behaviour problems in 3-6 year olds.

Find courses below.

We explore strategies to manage behaviours such as aggressiveness, tantrums, shouting, answering back and refusing to follow rules.

You will

  • meet once a week as a group for two hour sessions
  • watch DVD clips
  • discuss children’s behaviour
  • work out new ways to manage situations at home
  • talk to other adults in the same situation
  • learn ways to stay calm.

Triple P courses takes place over nine weeks and run during term times.

Specially trained group leaders work with parents/carers on goals for themselves and their family.

We can arrange crèche places and transport costs where necessary.

There are up to 10 parents/carers in each group.

You will receive a copy of the Triple P Group Workbook, which provides you with the content of all sessions, space to complete written exercises and an outline of all homework tasks.
