We explore strategies to manage behaviours such as aggressiveness, tantrums, shouting, answering back and refusing to follow rules.

You will

  • meet once a week as a group, or study independently online with facilitator support
  • watch video clips
  • discuss children’s behaviour
  • work out new ways to manage situations at home
  • talk to other adults in the same situation
  • learn ways to stay calm.

Primary Triple P courses takes place over eight weeks during term times.

Courses are face to face with up to 10 parents/carers in each group run by our trained Triple P Group facilitators, who will work with you on goals you set for yourself and your family. You will receive a copy of the Triple P Group Parent Workbook, which provides you with the content of all sessions.

Online courses where you study modules in your own time, are supported by one of our  trained group facilitators via regular phone support.
