Activity description

Tai Chi Ch'uan, sometimes referred to as Taiji, is a Chinese Internal Martial Art. Many people are familiar with the sets of movements handed down to us from the Masters of the past. These are practised gently as a kind of moving meditation. It is believed that Tai Chi has the largest group of practitioners worldwide. During practice, the body, breath and mind stay relaxed and connected. The continuous smooth and flowing motions make it relaxing yet demanding by nature. Tai Chi helps keep mental clarity, physical wellbeing and at an advanced level furthers spritual development. Suitable for all levels.
