Activity description

This Pilates class is suitable for all levels of fitness and ages, focuses on taking the sessions at a slower and more gentle pace. All exercises can be adapted to individual needs. Pilates improves strength and flexibility by focusing on the deep core stabilising muscles. It helps improve posture and balance, breathing techniques and brings a deep sense of relaxation. Helps back pain and poor mobility.
