Activity description

Give yourself the time and space you deserve to relax and unwind. Together we will work on breath and movement which will invigorate and awaken body and mind and leave you feeling refreshed and ready to face your day with a positive ‘can do’ attitude! Even if you’ve never done yoga before, you think you are not flexible enough or not fit enough or anything else in between, don’t worry, together we will work on bringing you on to your mat and into a more mindful way of life.
