Activity description

NB: There will be no class on Thursday 16 May 2018, and the final session is on Thursday 23 May 2018. This is a 4 week course at 2.5 hours per week. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: None. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN: By the end of the course students will have learned/be able to: - gain knowledge on essential Thai ingredients, typical Thai food in the village of Thailand; - able to cook Thai food confidently to impress family and friends; and - Thai culture and how the Thai eat HOW THE COURSE WILL BE TAUGHT: 100 % hands on. Suitable for those who wish to learn new knowledge in blending techniques and what ingredients used behind both home and professional Thai kitchen. No need to have any experience in cooking. It is the tutor’s job to make learners achieve success. We will learn how important of each ingredient and its’ aroma, how to do preparation, the actual cooking and how to store and heat up the food to ensure best result. MATERIALS REQUIRED BY STUDENT; APPROXIMATE & ADDITIONAL COSTS: Students should bring their own ingredients. A list of utensils and equipment will be supplied to enrolled students prior to the course start date, along with a comprehensive list of ingredients. Please note that schools vary in what equipment they can provide to our courses and that clean up time is an intrinsic part of your course.
