Activity description

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: None required. All levels welcome, however if you are a complete beginner you might prefer the Beginner Drawing and Painting Watercolour course. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN: By the end of the course students will have learned: - how to use full range of drawing pencils to further develop skills in producing texture and pattern; - how to combine composition, scale and other techniques in under drawing for watercolour painting; and - more about colour mixing and painting techniques. HOW THE COURSE WILL BE TAUGHT: Demonstrations combined with group discussion and individual tuition. MATERIALS REQUIRED BY STUDENT; APPROXIMATE & ADDITIONAL COSTS: For the first session students should bring a sketch book and pencils, watercolours and watercolour pads if they already have them. This is a good idea so that we can look at what else might be required for the course. Discount is available at art shops like Greyfriars with the course receipt.
