Activity description

This insightful and motivating course will give students the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of various powerful life coaching and personal development techniques for their own personal development, in a lively, shared and supportive environment. The course will include topics such as positive goal setting, how to de-junk your life, visualise for success, get more done, how to clear the drains in your life, understand your unconscious mind and much more. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: No prior knowledge required. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN: By the end of the course students will have gained an insight into various life coaching methods. The exercises and lessons learned when utilised will be of ongoing value in their lives. Past attendees of this course have made profound positive shifts in their lives; some have attracted new abundance, jobs, resolved old ailments and travelled the world. The course will discover where you are now and identify where you want to be and how to continue your personal journey of self-mastery. HOW THE COURSE WILL BE TAUGHT: This course is upbeat, interactive and lecture based with opportunities for discussion, input and questions. Visual slides will be used to demonstrate some principles. Real life examples of successful people will be used to motivate students to action. Positive exercises using the techniques discussed will be a part of each session. The course will encourage the ongoing and continued personal development of participants. MATERIALS REQUIRED BY STUDENTS; APPROXIMATE/ADDITIONAL COST: Bring pen, paper, an open mind and a willingness to challenge one's own limiting beliefs and embrace possibilities for positive change.
