Day and time - Daytime Course

Tuesdays - 9.30am - 10.30am starting 27th October 2020.

Day and time - Evening Course

Mondays - 5.30pm - 6.30pm starting 26th October 2020.

Number of weeks / hours

1 hour a week for 5 weeks.

Course level and entry requirements

Students must be available to participate in every session of this course.

All level. Medium intensity workout suitable for all levels of flexibility, fitness and experience. Modification of the exercises will be offered to suit everyone’s needs. 

Overview / introduction to the course

Tone and strengthen your body with yoga-based exercises to lift your mood and give you energy and stamina. Followed by releasing stretches and a full body relaxation for a complete and balanced workout.  

How the course will be taught

Interactive live classes with option to personalized verbal adjustments (corrections) in order to make the most of the practice and keep the body safe. Modifications of the exercises will be offered to suit any level of flexibility/fitness, working on postural alignment within each student limits. There will be a full mind/body relaxation exercise at the end of every session.  

What students can expect to learn

Great exercises to increase muscular tone and stretch all the body; the safest and most effective way of performing these exercises to get the best results; how to relax body and mind consciously and deeply; improved postural alignment; enhanced body awareness and mind/body communication; experience a general sense of relax and wellbeing.

Resources required by students and additional costs

A mobile device or computer with camera that enables the tutor to see you during the class and allows you to interact. Please wear comfortable clothes -loose and/or elastic - that allow you to move freely.  

We will use a yoga mat and a light sofa blanket or similar in order to stay warm during the relaxation. 

Health and safety guidelines

Make sure you have enough space around you and your mat to move freely and safely. Keep your mat clean by wiping it with antibacterial product before and/or after every session.
