Welcome to the Adult Education Programme 

Edinburgh's Adult Education Programme (A E P) has been running for over 100 years, offering day, evening and weekend courses to 10,000 plus adults per year.  

The summer is here and we are now preparing the Autumn programme!

We have online, outdoor and venue based courses available starting Monday 5th September 2022.

The full programme can be browsed here and bookings will start from Wednesday 10th August.

Online booking is the most popular however we will have telephone options available - details will be added nearer the time.

Let’s hope we all enjoy a relaxing summer and we look forward to seeing you back in the Autumn.

Vacancies

Have you ever thought of teaching adults? We will be holding interviews soon and would welcome expressions of interest. Subjects are wide and varied and can be taught in person at venues, outdoors or online. If you have a subject you are passionate about and have experience of teaching, please send an email to adult.education@ea.edin.sch.uk
