Welcome to the Adult Education Programme 

Edinburgh's Adult Education Programme (A E P) has been running for over 100 years, offering day, evening and weekend courses to 10,000 plus students per year.  

We are currently preparing courses for our upcoming term. The majority of courses will start the week beginning Monday 24th January 2022.  Outdoor courses will start from Monday 21st February 2022. We will be offering in person courses at a few of our community centre venues and online courses on Microsoft Teams.  

The courses will be available to view and book online from Monday 20th December 2021.  Further enrolment information will be updated soon.

Please be aware it is a reduced programme so not everything previously on offer will be available. Time has been spent ensuring all health and safety issues have been taken into consideration for a safe return to the classroom. Guidelines will be issued to those who enrol on a course prior to it starting.
