Important Information - Enrolment

Please do not book online - please call us to book on the telephone numbers below.

We appreciate your ongoing support and understanding while technical issues are being resolved.

We are delighted to inform you that we will be opening our courses for bookings on Monday 17th April 2023.

As our online platform is unable to process online payments/bookings we have put the following system in place.

Please call 0131 556 7978 where our team will be on hand to book you on your chosen courses.

Phone lines will be open:

Monday – Thursday 10am – 4pm except Monday 8th May due to staff holiday.

Friday – 10am – 3pm

When you call you will speak to a member of our team who will check availability on your chosen course and make your booking. You will then be sent a secure payment link by email which must be completed by close of business the following day.

Due to expected high volumes of calls we advise students to have course name, course reference number, emergency contact details and an email address ready when you call.

This will allow us to process your request as quickly as possible and enable us to process as many bookings as possible. Your help with this is very much appreciated.

We are also able to accept cash and cheque payments in person at the following location -

South Bridge Resource Centre, 6 Infirmary Street EH 1 1LT

There will be limited staff able to take cash and cheque bookings and there may be long delays in completing bookings. As such we would advise that phoning is the preferred route for the majority of students.
